1. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using YTCliply, you agree to these Terms of Use. In particular, you agree not to download or process videos in a way that infringes copyright or other rights. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be legally able to enter into these terms in the place where you live. If you use YTCliply on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. The Service
YTCliply provides browser-based tools that may help users select a time range, process supported media, create clip links, or obtain available output formats.
Features, supported sites, formats, file-size limits, processing times, and availability may change. We do not guarantee that every URL or video can be processed.
3. Copyright and Download Responsibility
You may download or process a video only when you own the content, have clear permission from the copyright owner, or your use is otherwise permitted by applicable law.
A video being publicly viewable does not mean that it is free to download, reproduce, edit, distribute, publish, or use commercially.
You are solely responsible for checking copyright law, licenses, contractual restrictions, and the terms of YouTube or any other third-party platform before using YTCliply.
YTCliply does not grant licenses to third-party videos and cannot determine whether your intended download or use is lawful.
4. Prohibited Use
You must not use YTCliply to:
- Infringe copyright, privacy, publicity, trademark, or other rights.
- Circumvent access controls, paywalls, digital rights management, geographic restrictions, or platform security measures.
- Process private, confidential, unlawful, abusive, or harmful material without authorization.
- Disrupt, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure.
- Use automated requests in a way that harms the service or other users.
- Misrepresent your ownership of or permission to use content.
5. Third-Party Platforms and Content
YTCliply is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google. YouTube is a trademark of Google LLC.
Third-party content remains the responsibility of its owners. Your use of YouTube and other third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.
6. Intellectual Property
YTCliply's website design, software, branding, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of YTCliply or third-party content to you.
You retain any rights you already hold in content you are authorized to process.
7. Processing and File Availability
Media jobs may be processed temporarily to provide the requested result. Generated files and links may expire or be removed automatically after a limited period.
Do not treat YTCliply as permanent storage. Keep your own authorized copy of any file you need.
8. Availability and Changes
The service is provided on an as-available basis. We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of YTCliply, including formats and processing limits, without guaranteeing advance notice.
We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, rights holders, the service, or third-party platforms.
9. Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, YTCliply is provided without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free processing, fitness for a particular purpose, or availability of any particular video or format.
You use the service and any resulting files at your own risk. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, YTCliply and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of or inability to use the service.
You remain responsible for your content, your use of processed files, and compliance with applicable law and third-party terms.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms when the service, legal requirements, or our practices change. The updated date at the top of this page shows when the latest version took effect.
Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
